The approximately 30-square-meter apartment features a main entrance that opens directly onto the garden. The living room features wood-paneled walls in pure Tyrolean style and a large window opening onto a sunny balcony. The living area offers two additional sleeping spots thanks to a double sofa bed.

Prices are for 2 people per night.

Prices, Check-in and Check-out

Prices are per day and per apartment for a maximum of 2 guests, with a minimum stay of 1 week.

We are happy to provide you with a personalised offer and, whenever possible, accommodate your specific requirements.

The prices include:

  • VAT
  • Outdoor parking
  • Ski and bicycle storage
  • Bed linen and towels (changed weekly)
  • Wi-Fi
  • Use of the garden
  • Final cleaning

The prices do not include the tourist tax of €2,60 per person (aged 14 and over) per night.

Children's Rates

  • Free for children aged 0–3 years
  • €20.00 for children aged 3–14 years

Small dogs (up to 8 kg) are permitted, subject to a supplement of €15.00, exclusively in the Soredl flat.

Apartments are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive outside these hours.

In the event of extraordinary cleaning requirements, management reserves the right to apply an additional cleaning charge.

Booking and Cancellation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: loss of the deposit
  • 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
  • 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount
  • Less than 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total booking amount

Payment and Terms of Stay

Payment Methods

The final balance must be settled on the day before departure. We accept:

  • Cash payments up to a total amount of €2,000.00
  • Bank transfer (the balance must be received before your arrival)
  • Credit cards: VISA, Maestro, Mastercard and Eurocard (American Express and Diners Club are not accepted)
  • Debit cards

Late arrivals, early departures or unused beds will be charged according to the original reservation.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the owners about any visitors.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Small pets are welcome only in the Soredl apartment at an additional charge of €15.00 per day (food not included), provided that their owners accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.

During your stay, we reserve the right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.

Travel Insurance

We recommend taking out travel insurance with your insurance provider to cover trip cancellation, interruption and/or delayed arrival.
