The approximately 48-square-meter apartment features a main entrance that opens directly onto the garden. The apartment consists of a cozy sleeping area with a double bedroom and a living area with a kitchen and living room. The living room features wood-paneled walls in pure Tyrolean style and a large window opening onto a sunny balcony. The living area offers two additional sleeping spots thanks to a double sofa bed.

Summer and winter season

All rooms/apartment are with shower/WC, TV, WI FI and balcony

The prices are per person and day for bed&breakfast for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Apartment: prices are per day for the hole apartment, max 4 persons including babys, self catering, no breakfast for a minimum stay of 5 nights; linen and final cleaning are included.

Local tax: 2,30 € per guest and overnight is extra; exept children till 14 years.

Smoking is not allowed in the hole house.
Parking for 1 car per room/apartment is for free.
Discount for children depending on age and arrangement.

Pets only with written agreement, cost 10,00 € per day, any damage must be replaced.

Payment: we accept credit cards (no American Express or Diners), cash (only €) within the italian law or bank transfer. We don't accept checks.

In case there are any problems during the stay, we ask our guests to inform immediately the reception that will provide to solve them as soon as possible. Complaints submitted at the end of the stay will not lead to a change of prices reported in the contractual terms.
